What could I do if the camera can't be reset?

Here are some important points to note during the reset process:
1.Please fully charge the camera first. Low battery may prevent the camera from resetting.
2. Ensure the camera is powered on before resetting. Long press the power button or open the power switch to power the camera on.
3. Make sure you press and hold the reset button or reset hole for 5-8 seconds. As the reset button is quite small (some cameras have a reset hole), we recommend using a pin to press and hold it. If the reset is successful, you will hear a voice prompt saying "reset succeeded, restarting the device", followed by "Please use the App for Wi-Fi configuration".
4. If you don't hear "reset succeeded, restarting the device", please check if the reset button or reset hole is damaged and if it has a tactile feedback when pressed.
5. Try holding the reset button or reset hole for a longer period, such as 10 seconds.

The serial number usually starts with VQ and can be found on the sticker labeled “UID:” or through the camera information section of the app.
